Inventory control — know what’s on the shelf and what to reorder.

A catalogue with categories, brands, prices and barcodes. Receiving against a supplier invoice, write-offs and stocktaking change stock through a document, and every sale lowers it on its own.

  • Excel import
  • EAN / UPC barcodes
  • 10,000+ products, no slowdowns

What it does

Accurate stock without a paper count every week.

Every stock movement has a document, and stock changes only through them and through sales.

  • Product catalogue

Categories, subcategories, brands, manufacturer and photos. Retail, wholesale, minimum and old (crossed-out) prices; markup and margin are calculated for you.

  • Excel import

Upload your whole catalogue from an Excel file instead of entering products one by one.

  • Barcodes

SKUs are created for you, EAN / UPC codes are scanned. The same code finds the product at checkout and in orders.

  • Write-offs

Damaged or lost goods are written off with a document — the losses show up in Statistics.

  • Stocktaking

Count the goods and BizStore corrects stock with a stocktaking document.

  • Minimum stock

A minimum for each product: “Running low” and “Out of stock” filters, plus products below minimum on the dashboard.

Receiving and batches

Receive against the invoice — and get profit from the real cost.

Enter the supplier invoice: products, quantities and purchase prices. Stock goes up right away, and the purchase price is kept by batch — profit is based on what you actually paid.

  • Suppliers and invoices — in one place
  • Stock value at purchase price
  • Stock movements: receiving, sales, returns, write-offs
  • Archive: old products stay out of the way, history stays

Questions

Inventory questions

Can I import products from Excel?

Yes. Upload an Excel file with your products and BizStore adds them to the catalogue. You can also add products by hand.

How many products can the catalogue hold?

A catalogue of over 10,000 products works with no slowdowns: search and filters respond instantly.

What is “minimum stock”?

Set a minimum for each product. When stock drops below it, the product is marked “Running low” in the catalogue and on the dashboard.

Are receiving and stocktaking in the Start plan?

No. Start includes products, stock and Excel import. Receiving, write-offs, stocktaking and invoices — in Business and Pro.
