Security
Permissions are more than hidden buttons.
Every action — a sale, a discount, a payment, a price change — is checked on the server against the employee’s permissions. Even if someone tries to get around the screen, the server says no.

How many employees can I add?
It depends on the plan: Start — 2 people, Business — 7, Pro — 20. The owner counts towards the limit.
Can an employee see purchase prices and money?
Not without the “Finances and invoices” permission. Purchase prices are visible only to the owner and staff with that permission.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Close their access — they can no longer log in, while their sales, orders and tasks stay in the history.
Can permissions be bypassed?
No: every action is checked on the server against the employee’s permissions, not just hidden on screen.
