1. The service

   BizStore is online software for tracking sales, orders, inventory and finances. It works in the browser. By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Account

   The owner is responsible for their account and for the employees they invite. Keep your password secret.

3. Free trial and payment

   14 days free, once per store. After that — a plan at the prices on the website (in US dollars). Yearly billing = 10 months.

   If the plan is not paid after the term ends, the store switches to “view only” mode.

4. Your data

   The data you enter belongs to you, and you are responsible for its legality. You can export it (for example, to Excel) or ask us to delete it.

5. The checkout is not fiscal

   BizStore does not replace a fiscal cash register. Fiscal reporting is the store’s responsibility.

6. Not allowed

   Using the service for illegal activities, trying to access other people’s data, breaking or overloading the service.

7. How the service works

   We do our best to keep the service running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee 100%. We may change and improve features.

   Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the last 12 months.

8. Termination

   You can stop using the service at any time. We may block an account that violates these terms.

9. Governing law
