1. Who we are

   The bizstore.app website and the my.bizstore.app app are the BizStore service (Chișinău, Moldova). Questions about data: bizstore@bizstore.app.

2. What data we process

   Account: name, email, phone (if provided). The password is stored only in encrypted form.

   Data you enter into BizStore: your store, products, employees, customers, orders, finances.

   Support requests and technical logs (errors, requests) — for security and fixing errors.

3. Why

   To run the service, for support, security and plan payments. We do not sell data and do not show ads.

4. Your store’s customer data

   The store enters it. The store is responsible for it and for letting its customers know. We store and process it only to run the service.

5. Where it is stored and who sees it

   Store data and photos — on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in the European Union (Poland). Sign-in accounts — in the Google Firebase Authentication service.

   Store data is seen by the owner and employees, according to their permissions. The BizStore team — only when needed for support or security.

   Providers: Google (hosting, database, sign-in), Cloudflare (DNS).

6. The website

   No ads and no analytics, we do not use cookies. The browser only remembers the language you chose.

7. How long

   While the account is active. After the account is deleted, we delete the data within a reasonable time, except what the law requires us to keep.

8. Your rights

   You can find out what data we hold, correct it, delete it or get a copy — write to bizstore@bizstore.app. You can file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Moldova) or the authority in your country.

9. Changes

   A new version is published on this page with the update date.
