What it does

Every order goes through the same stages, while stock, money and the customer card update on their own.

  • Quick new order

    Customer, products from the catalogue with available stock, discount, retail or wholesale price, delivery and payment — on one screen.

  • Packing in stages

    The “Packing” screen: waiting, being picked, on the way, completed. The packer sees what goes into the parcel.

  • Delivery

    Pickup now or later, your own delivery or a courier. What the customer pays and what it costs you — kept apart.

  • Cash on delivery

    Payment on delivery with each courier’s own fee. BizStore tracks what the courier owes you and what you owe the courier.

  • Returns

    The customer didn’t pick up the parcel or sent the goods back — you choose: refund everything or keep the delivery cost.

  • Invoice and payment

    A payment invoice in Excel with your store details; mark it paid in one click and it goes to Finances.

Delivery and COD

Know what each delivery cost you and what the courier owes.

Each courier has its own settings: default cost, pay on the spot or by transfer, the cash-on-delivery fee. BizStore records the expense when the parcel ships and closes the debt once the money reaches you.

Order questions

Do you support cash on delivery?

Yes. Set each courier’s fee for transferring the money; BizStore works out what the courier owes you and closes the debt when the money arrives.

Do orders come in automatically from a website or Instagram?

Not yet: your team enters orders in BizStore — in a few clicks, with the customer and products from the catalogue.

Is packing included in the Start plan?

Yes, if you pick the “orders” channel on Start — it comes with packing. Checkout and orders together — in Business and Pro.

Can I send the customer an invoice?

Yes: a payment invoice in Excel with your store details from Settings. Download it from the order card.
