How a wholesale sale goes

The customer
Add the company: IDNO, prices, discount, payment terms and credit limit.

The order
Pick the customer and products. Their prices and discount fill in by themselves, and you see their debt.

The invoice
Download the payment invoice in Excel and send it to the customer.

The customer paid — mark it paid. Until then the debt and due date show in their card.
Common questions
Can I sell on credit?
Yes. Give the customer a payment deferral and a credit limit. If the debt goes over the limit or the due date passes, BizStore shows a warning in the order and at checkout.
Does BizStore issue tax invoices?
No. BizStore makes a payment invoice in Excel. Issue the tax invoice (factura fiscală) in your accounting software.
Who can change a customer’s prices and discount?
Only the owner and staff with the “Customer terms” permission. The server checks this.
Which plan should I choose?
Business — $24.90 a month: orders, inventory with receiving by invoice, finances and statistics, up to 7 people including the owner. The first 14 days are free.
